FREE Shipping on Orders Over £45

At PestPatrol, we’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders of £45 or more.

Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a Standard Tracked Shipping Fee of $5.99.

All orders within the UK are shipped via trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, YunExpress.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and dispatch.

During peak periods, such as holidays or high-demand sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is considered in transit, and you will receive a tracking link by email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While PestPatrol cannot be held responsible once a package has been handed over to the courier, we will assist you in resolving the issue, including contacting the courier on your behalf where possible.
